Jo Redgrave is a qualified and experienced Coach, holding the ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching.

Jo is driven by her passion for working with people and her genuine belief that, with the right guidance and opportunity, everyone is capable of achieving their full potential and more often than not this can exceed their own expectations.

Jo is skilled at using a range of effective coaching techniques to facilitate truly meaningful and impactful coaching conversations and outcomes for her clients and for the organisations they work for.

Jo has coaching experience with leaders in a variety of environments and sectors –  all characterised by a strong and significant commitment to  provision of high quality services and products as well as to the quality of their people as a differentiating  factor.

Her main area of expertise is working with leaders dealing with and implementing change,   particularly within owner manager /SME entrepreneurial and commercial businesses.  Jo has also worked across the public and charity sectors.

Jo herself has a highly professional approach with her own strong clear personal values, high personal integrity and an ethical approach and she delivers her coaching practice in line with the EMCC Code of Practice.

As you would expect, Jo is equally committed to her own continuing professional development and is supported by a robust network of other coaches, including arrangements for her own regular professional supervision support.  Jo also ensures she continually updates on new thinking and developments affecting the coaching profession and practices including the broader areas of positive psychology, neuroscience and emotional intelligence thinking.
